Cancellations Returns & Refunds
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to make a return, stating your order number and reason for return. Do not return any order until you receive an email reply from Phyte Club. Cancellations before dispatch will incur no charge, cancellations made after dispatch the customer must pay for return of goods. Customers have fourteen days to inform us of their wish to return any unopened items for a full refund. Returned Goods must be received by Phyte Club within fourteen days from notification of order return. Returned goods must be received unopened and undamaged, in the condition they were sent. Cost of shipping for all returned goods will be met by the customer. If the shopper has experienced an issue with the product itself, then this issue must first be raised with Phyte Club before the product is returned.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by email (email@example.com) including photographs of the damage if possible.
